IMPORTANT! Federal law requires that tire identification numbers must be registered for your safety. Please fill out the form below and return it to ALCOM LLC with your trailer warranty.
The Tire Identification Number (TIN) is generally located on the outside of your tire. It begins with the letters DOT and will be followed by 8 to 10 digits. The second to last digit will usually be 0. Please be sure to record all numbers accurately, as these will help us notify you in the event of a safety recall from the tire manufacturer.

If you believe that your vehicle has a defect which could cause a crash or could cause injury or death, you should immediately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in addition to notifying ALCOM LLC. If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an investigation, and if it finds that a safety defect exists in a group of vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual problems between you. your dealer, or ALCOM LLC.
